Our Process

We make most of the decisions regarding materials before breaking ground. This allows us to provide a more accurate assessment for the completion of the project. It’s essential to have a thorough discussion and a clear understanding of the building time frame. We’ll maintain communication with the construction supervisor for the entire process, as they will be responsible for ensuring that the design, construction, and finishing touches meet your expectations. You’ll be regularly apprised of the building process, and your feedback will be essential to achieving the desired results. We’ll meet with you to address any concerns or questions that may arise, so efficient solutions can be attained.

Meet

Steve Cole

Steve Cole has been building and remodeling homes on Cape Cod since 1987. He grew up in Barnstable and started his career by learning from local custom builders, developing a passion for quality craftsmanship. From Buzzards Bay to Race Point Light, he has refined his skills on projects of all sizes. A hands‑on approach combined with extensive building knowledge ensures every remodeling, new home, or specialty build gets completed to Cole’s high standards. With years of collaboration and excellence in construction, his reputation among clients and building professionals is equally well‑built. The father of two lives in Marstons Mills with his wife, only a short drive away from job sites across the Cape.
